04 - Knead on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic, or use a stand mixer with dough hook for 5 minutes.
05 - Lightly oil a large bowl, place dough inside, cover with plastic wrap or damp towel, and let rise in a warm area for 20 minutes until nearly doubled.
06 - Punch down dough, divide into 12 equal portions, shape each into a ball, and place in greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
07 - Cover loosely and let rolls rise for 15 to 20 minutes until puffy. Preheat oven to 375°F.
08 - Bake rolls 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
