01 - 2 large cucumbers
→ Hummus
02 - 1 cup (8 fl oz) plain hummus
→ Garnishes (optional)
03 - 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper, finely diced
04 - 2 tablespoons kalamata olives, finely chopped
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
# How To Make It:
01 - Wash and dry cucumbers. Slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds and arrange on a serving platter.
02 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, place approximately 1 tablespoon of hummus atop each cucumber slice.
03 - Sprinkle chosen garnishes such as red pepper, olives, parsley, smoked paprika, or sesame seeds over each hummus-topped cucumber.
