# What You Need:

01 - 3–4 lb beef chuck roast

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

03 - 1 oz dry onion soup mix (1 packet)

04 - 2 cups low-sodium beef broth

# How To Make It:

01 - Place the halved baby potatoes evenly along the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - Position the beef chuck roast atop the potatoes.
