# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square or equivalent baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with lemon juice and toss to coat.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and all-purpose flour. Sprinkle evenly over the apples and toss to incorporate.
04 - Spread the coated apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
05 - Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Add cold diced butter and work it in with fingers or a pastry cutter until coarse crumbs form.
06 - Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the apples in the baking dish.
07 - Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender and bubbly.
