# What You Need:

01 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
→ Sauce & Seasonings
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
05 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
06 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add sliced carrots and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until tender but firm. Drain and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in honey, salt, and black pepper until combined.
03 - Add the drained carrots to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the honey-butter mixture and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until glossy.
04 - Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice if desired and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
