Easy Beef Stir-Fry Lo Mein (Printable)

# What You Need:

01 - 12 oz flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

05 - 10 oz fresh or dried lo mein noodles

06 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
07 - 1 cup broccoli florets
08 - 1 medium carrot, julienned
09 - 3 green onions, sliced
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

→ Stir-Fry Sauce

12 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
13 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
14 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
15 - 1 tsp sugar
16 - 2 tbsp water
17 - 1 tsp cornstarch

→ For Cooking

18 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
19 - Sesame seeds and extra green onions for garnish (optional)

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
02 - Cook lo mein noodles following package directions. Drain and set aside.
03 - Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch until smooth in a small bowl.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned, then remove from pan.
05 - Add remaining vegetable oil to the pan. Stir-fry garlic, ginger, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot for 2–3 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
06 - Return beef to pan along with noodles and green onions. Pour in the sauce and toss over high heat for 2–3 minutes until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
07 - Plate immediately, garnishing with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired.
